• An upgraded trim package with 2 piece crown molding and chair rail with shadow boxes to provide that special final touch. trim can be painted or stained with your choice of colors

• All carpet has upgraded pad and bathrooms include vinyl or tile

• We use high quality oak hardware floors with your choice of red or white oak. Cherry floors are also available

• Oversized wood burning or gas fireplace with custom surrounds and your choice of a raised or flush hearth

Quality Exterior Protection

All of our homes are built of high quality with you in mind. We provide these added features that protect you from inclement weather and keep your home as energy efficient as possible.

• House wrap building wrap on all exterior walls to provide added protection against water and moisture intrusion

• Window & door tape on all windows and doors to help prevent air penetration.

• Ice & water shields under shingles in valleys and overhangs

• 30 year architectural shingles with #30 felt paper for added protection

• Outside sump crocks on all walk up basements to help prevent water damage during inclement weather

Quality Low-Maintenance Exteriors

Our homes are custom designed to include brick or stone to grade with your choice of front elevation details, which can include brick, stone, stucco, vinyl siding, or custom combinations to give your home that extra special touch. We also provide the following special features as a standard to keep your future maintenance cost as low as possible.

• All exposed wood is wrapped with a high quality metal to prevent wood rot and water damage.

• All porch posts are fiber cement painted to perfection and pvc vinyl rails to match.
